GENERAL INFORMATION AND PRICING
• DVD (4.7GB - DVD-R only) = AUD8.00 each
• Xvid or H264 movie format = AUD8.00 each
• All disks are COPIED / BURNT / COPY-CAT VERSION from the original disks. We guarantee that the video quality is 99% similar to the original disk.
• Xvid or H264 format is 90% similar to DVD quality. They can only be viewed on a normal PC DVD-ROM or special DVD player with DivX capability. We highly recommend VLC Media Player, a lite-yet-multipurpose video media player, to view this movie.
• Disks do NOT come with cover, label, artwork, jewel box, plastic box, etc.
• All titles are CENSORED in mosaic / pixelation, unless otherwise indicated by a [U] sign. Read the article of why most JAVs are censored: "Why is Japanese Porn Censored?" Detailed explanation about Japanese Pornography is also available on Wikipedia.
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollar (AUD). See http://www.xe.com for a general currency conversion tool.

PACKING
• Disc is placed in a plastic sleeve with title ID only. For instance, [K]aede [M]atsushima - [C]lub [G]al will be indicated as "KM-CG" on the disc.
• Discreet packing to ensure your privacy.
RETURN POLICY AND LOST MAIL
• All videos are viewed, checked and tested prior to shipment. If you received a damaged or defected disc, we will replace it with the same title absolutely free of charge. In the event of lost mail, we will send again. Strictly no exchange.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
• DVD-R Digital Video Disc
DVD-R (DVD 5 format): video and sound are encoded in MPEG-2, twice the resolution and better image quality of VCD. Required DVD-R compatible reader and software, i.e. VideoLAN or MPEG 2 Media player for both PC & Mac. DVD player or Recorder with the DVD-R compatibility marking.
• Some titles contain the sign "[U]". This is an uncensored title.
• We recommend that you use "Reply" in our e-mail for all sort of communication so we can always keep the record of our transaction and deals in the e-mail. This will avoid unnecessary e-mail browsing and save processing time.
